Tim Shannon (Founder/President)
With 40 years of the lending
and escrow business, Tim Shannon has brought experience and expertise to Shannon Escrow. His background at
the Vice President level with several major lenders, along with his commitment to customer service, has
made for many successful ventures in the business world. Tim established Shannon Escrow Inc. in 1989 with a single goal in
mind: to make every escrow closing transaction a favorable experience.
"When we have a customer in our office, we must treat them as if they were
in our home....since executing final documents is often the last contact a customer has during their transaction, we want
them to leave feeling confident and comfortable."
Tim is a Championship Golfer, three time World
Longdrive Finalist , and an avid underwater photographer. When his schedule permits, Tim spends time
honing his golf skills, and traveling to new and exotic dive locations around the world.
SUZI FOSTER (LPO)
Suzi Foster moved from Florida to Bellevue in the
summer of 1998 where she has been and employee of Shannon Escrow ever since. She became a Notary Public in 1998 and received
her Limited Practice Officer License in 1999. Traveling, camping, and road trips with her husband of 11 years, are among her
favorite hobbies. Time at home is spent reading or watching movies with her husband and two kitties MisMis and Lumpy.
As an escrow closer, Suzi attributes her excellent client relationships to providing exceptional customer
service, ability to identify and remedy potential issues before closing, and her comittment to a professional and reliable
work ethic. Suzi believes superior service in the escrow industry is achieved when an escrow company is willing to customize
their services to meet each clients needs, open communication, and the ability of all parties to contact the closer directly.
Suzi likes to remain proactive during every transaction to insure a smooth and accurate closing every time.
Suzy Levan (LPO)
Suzy has been a Limited Practice Officer and
Escrow Officer for over 20 years. She has experience in all aspects of residential transactions, from refinances to purchases
with both institutional and private loans, real estate contracts and seller financing. She strives to maintain excellent communication
and customer service with all of her clients.
Regardless of the
type of transaction, Suzy's goal is to ensure all parties have a smooth, accurate and professional closing.
When not busy at her job, Suzy spends her time with her husband and two children.
Grace Van Houten (Escrow Assistant)
Grace Van Houten has been in the Escrow business for
over 8 years. Her
experiences in the escrow industy have lead her
to both California and
Washington, giving her a wide range of knowledge.
She has experience in
both purchases and refinace transactions, and continually
strives to achieve
new areas of expertise. Grace has been a Notary
Republic since 1998. "I
believe the key to a smooth on time closing
is communication with all
parties, attention to detail, and consistancy".
In her spare time Grace enjoys
gardening and spending time with her family.
Dave Francis (Special Projects) 
Originally from California, Dave has a long and diverse background in
various industries. Some of his former jobs included multifamily housing maintenance engineer, radio personality, oil
field roustabout, Title Inspector, Home Inspector, FEMA disaster housing inspector, and reconveyance specialist. Dave has
a very keen eye for compliance issues in the escrow industry, and makes sure he is up to date on many of the trends that drive
the market. Dave is happy to come to your office for a visit to answer questions about escrow, fees, and to work out
a business plan for you. He believes in the concept of making customers feel comfortable and confident when he has
the opportunity to interact during signings. In his time away from the desk, Dave enjoys mowing his lawn, travel with his
wife, and being a kid.
Nicole Johnson (Escrow Assistant)
A native Washingtonian, Nicole
was born in Issaquah. She has been in the escrow business for over 8 years in Bellevue, and is also a Notary Public since
2004.
Nicole believes her strength lies in her ability to stay
focused and communicative during her escrow transactions. Nicole works closely with her closer, Suzi Foster, to insure customers,
agents, and brokers are in the loop on their transactions. When asked about why she likes escrow, Nicole says "...it
keeps me on my toes..."
When not working, Nicole spends
time making bar-b-que, camping with friends and family, and spending quality time with her husband and two children.
Dale Wynia (Marketing)
Dale
has been around this industry for so many years we lost count. Formerly a representative of First American Title, Dale is
our marketing rep. An avid golfer, and cigar conniseur, Dale always brings a bit of sunshine and joviality on his visits.
