We constantly monitor our competitors pricing to ensure you are getting every cost effective service you would expect from any escrow company.  Our refinance rates have not increased in 10 years, and remain the same to this very day.  We never charge extra for email, wire, courier, doc prep, reconveyance, short sales, 1031 exchanges, private party notes and deeds, or proceeds splits.......Do they? Yes....yes, they do......

Company T Says: Purchase and Sale up to 300k is 475.00 per side.   Then Company T puts an asterisk somewhere in there. Do you know what that means? Lets go  and see:

* additional fees apply  !!!! Thats right. Go look at Company T`s website. and sure enough, there is a 50.00 dollar to 75.00 dollar fee on every transaction for "WIRE AND COURIER" CHARGES! 

COMPANIES "X" "A" and "T"   THINK YOU ARE NOT SMART ENOUGH TO READ THE FINE PRINT
